Rates and Reservations

Book early for the summer season and for annual events, including 4th of July and Beef-a-Rrama. A list of local and areaevents can be found on the Minocqua Chamber of Commerce web site. The Lakeland Times and This Week in the North Woods also maintain a lists of local and area events.

Booking Policy:

• Check in time is 4 PM. Check out time is 10 AM. Weekly rentals in summer season start on Saturdays.
• Rates do not include sales and room tax.
• A security deposit is required, which is refundable, provided the unit is not damaged and all rental terms and house rules are adhered to.
• Rates include a one time cleaning at the end of your stay. Additional cleaning and/or damage fees may be be deducted from your security deposit if the house is left in poor condition.
• Advance payment and signed rental agreement form are required to lock reservation. Full payment is due 90 days in advance of arrival. Accepted payment methods are check or money order.
• Pets will be considered on a case by case basis. An extra fee and deposit is required for approved pets.
• Rates for monthly and longer stays are negotiable.
