Booking Policy:
- Check
in time is 4 PM. Check out time is 10 AM. Weekly rentals
in summer season start on Saturdays.
- Rates
do not include sales and room tax.
- A
security deposit is required, which is refundable,
provided the unit is not damaged and all rental terms and house
rules are adhered to.
- Rates
include a one time cleaning at the end of your
stay. Additional cleaning and/or damage fees may be be deducted
from your security deposit if the house is left in poor condition.
- Advance
payment is required to lock reservation. A
signed rental agreement form must accompany the advance payment.
Full payment is due 90
days in advance of arrival. Accepted payment methods are check
or money order.
- Cancellations
that are made more that 90 days prior to the arrival date incur
no penalty. Security deposit and advance rent payment will not
be refunded if reservation is canceled within 90 days and we
cannot fill the time period with other guests.
- Pets
must be pre-approved and there is an extra fee.
- Rates
for monthly and longer stays are negotiable.
